How does retouching in the app work?
Upload a photo or video, choose the services and, if you like, mark on the frame what to fix. A professional designer retouches it by hand and the result appears in the app — you get a notification.
What are credits and how do I get them?
Credits are the in-app currency: every service shows its price in credits before you order. Credits are bought in packs in the app via Google Play. New accounts receive 100 bonus credits.
How long does retouching take?
It depends on the service and is shown on its card before you order. Some services offer urgent processing.
What if I don’t like the result?
Request changes right in the order and describe what to adjust. The number of free revisions is shown on the service; extra revisions cost credits — you see the price before confirming.
Are my photos and videos private?
Files are available only to you and the designer working on your order, through secure links that expire. The original is deleted once you accept the result. The finished result is kept for 3 days after you accept it — download it to your device in time.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
Payment goes through Google Play in your local currency — we never receive your card details. Refunds follow Google Play’s rules.
Which files can I upload?
Photos and videos from your phone’s gallery. The app shows the video length and file size limits when you upload.
How do I contact support or delete my account?
For any question, including deleting your account and data, contact support. Write to us from the app.
