Delete account

In the app

1. Open GoRetouch and sign in.
2. Go to the "Profile" tab.
3. At the bottom, tap "Delete account".
4. Type DELETE and tap "Delete forever".

The account is deleted immediately and the app returns you to the sign-in screen.

Without the app

Email support@goretouch.app from the address your account is registered with, subject "Account deletion". We may ask you to confirm the account is yours. We process requests within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

• email, name, phone, the link to your Google account, password;
• all sign-in sessions, push tokens and notifications;
• all photos and videos of your orders (originals and results), your markers and comments;
• unfinished orders are cancelled and unused credits are lost.

What is kept

• order records (number, services, price, dates) and payment records — anonymised, no longer linked to you, for as long as accounting and tax law requires;
• server logs and database backups — until they are overwritten/removed automatically.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription automatically. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions to avoid further charges.
